Alan William Jones

Alan William Jones, beloved son, husband, father and grandfather, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in his home in Riverton, Utah.

He is survived by his wife, Kim; his two step-sons, Cody (Nedra), and Cameron (Kortney); and five grandkids, Kaie, Brooklyn, Kian, Gavin and Kinsley.

Alan, An only child was born on October 26, 1959 in Glasgow, Scotland. He is preceded in death by his father, Andrew; and mother, Margaret. Alan also leaves behind his cousins and other family members in Scotland, Canada, and California.

He was a hard working and caring man, who loved and cared for his family above all. He made friends where ever he went and could make a stranger feel welcomed. His humor could make any bad times turn good, and his love could make the good times even better.

Alan will truly be missed by all. We love you so much and will hold you in our hearts forever.

The love he had for his family was truly a blessing, and the care he had for his other "two kids" (Quigley & River) was amazing.

Thank you for the love and care you have given to your wife, kids, grandkids and your two great dogs that looked up to you more than anyone. You will be missed by all. We love you so much.

At Alan's request there will be no funeral services, only a private party that will be at a later date.
