Amanda Mitchell

Amanda Mitchell, 43, passed away on September 13, 2012 in Morristown, New Jersey. She was born on March 6, 1969 to Karen and Gerald N Mitchell in Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was bright and touched many lives. She loved snowmen and scrapbooking and was an avid reader.

She chose to live the last half of her life in New Jersey because she loved being a nanny. She was very kind and generous.

She was a faithful servant to our Heavenly Father and a pure spirit. She will be sorely missed by everyone she knew.

She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by 3 brothers and 1 sister, Toff and Shaun Mitchell, Melissa and Patrick Little, Nathan and Jacy Mitchell, and Tyler Mitchell; 4 nieces, Madison, Mackenzie, Paisley and Aspen; and 3 nephews, Talon, Skyler, and Porter.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 11:30am at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery, 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy, UT. Friends and family can visit prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00am at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, Salt Lake City, UT.
