Anita Perry Douglas

Anita Perry Douglas, 91, of Holladay, Utah passed away on January 13, 2026. Born December 14, 1934, in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lowell Delmar Perry and Lucy Dora Lemon. She graduated from Granite High School and attended the University of Utah. She married Merrill George Douglas on December 22, 1958.

Anita's greatest joy came from her family, the many children she tutored over the years, gardening, and celebrating holidays and birthdays. She also loved her two black standard poodles, Tausha and Maggie.

She is survived by Brother - Mike (Sandy) Perry Children – Scott Douglas, Maria (Troy) Cude, Rick Douglas, and Derik Douglas. Grandchildren – Whitney (Craig) Harris, Natalie (Aaron) Drewery, Joshua (Brooke) Cude, Aubrey (Colby) Siddoway, and Ashley (Kash) Johnson and 15 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Merrill, her brother Lowell Keith Perry, and great granddaughter, Primrose Drewery.

Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Memorial Mountain View Mortuary, 3115 East Bengal Blvd (7800 South), Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121.

Interment will be at Memorial Mountain View Cemetery, 3115 East Bengal Blvd (7800 South), Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84121
