Anna Lise Andersen

Anna Lise Andersen passed away in Salt Lake City on April 22, 2015.  She was born in Denmark on June 28th 1945 to Jens Laurits and Ingrid Oleson Andersen.  They came to Utah when Anna Lise was 6 yrs old.  Anna Lise loved to learn and continued her education throughout her life. She enjoyed sharing that love of learning with her students, teaching public school for many years, most recently at Davis High.  She spoke several languages.

Anna Lise had a love for animals, especially her cats and she made life very good for them. She loved life and even though she suffered with arthritis, she always had a smile on her face and a positive attitude.  Anna Lise was artistic and enjoyed painting, especially rural scenes of her native Denmark.

While Anna Lise will be greatly missed by those who loved her here, there will be a wonderful reunion in Heaven with mom ("mum") and dad ("far").

A graveside service will be held at the Salt Lake City Cemetery on Tuesday, May 12th at 4:00 pm.
