Anthony Fred Padilla

Anthony Freddy Padilla, Age 65. Passed away on Feb 21 2023, in Taylorsville, Utah. He was born on March 26, 1957, in Monte Vista, Colorado to Luis And Domitilla Padilla.
Anthony married Lorraine (Poya) Sanchez on May 05 1975.
He loved spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and playing pool. He was an amazing man, husband and father to many, a grandfather and great grandfather.
He was a patriarch, role model to his grandson’s, nephews and son in laws. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for anyone, especially his family. With a sense of humor that is sure to be remembered, loved and missed.
He is survived by wife Lorraine (Poya) Padilla. Daughter’s, Maria Padilla, Freda Padilla, Antonitte (Alberto) Hernandez and Rebecca (Nui) Padilla. Sons, Shane Padilla, Eddie Garza and Alex Martinez.
Anthony has 17 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Brother Leroy (Coral) Padilla. Sister, Gene (Hector) Padilla and Diana (Mike) Cordova.
He is Preceded in death by parents Luis Padilla and Domitilla Peterson. Brother, Jacob Padilla. Sisters, Vickie Childers, Sara Padilla, Connie Padilla. Granddaughter Aolani Salanoa, and his in laws, John and Vickie Sanchez.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 3rd 2023 at St.Francis Xavier Catholic Church. 4501 West 5215 South, Kearns, Utah.A viewing will be held an hour prior at the church beginning at 10 AM.  Viewing is Thursday March 2nd 2023 6-8pm at Memorial Mortuary Murray 5850 South 900 East.
A luncheon will be held after the services at Copperview recreation located at 8446 South Harrison Street. Midvale, Utah from 1 until 4 PM.
