Beatrice M Ornelas

Beatrice M Ornelas passed away at the age of 88 on October 8, 2022, at her home in Taylorsville, Utah surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 2, 1934, in Montrose, Colorado to John and Minnie Maes Sisneros. Beatrice married her sweetheart, Silverio M Ornelas.
Beatrice loved to dance at Taylorsville Senior Center, and listening to music. She enjoyed doing crafts with her sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, other relatives, and friends. She always enjoyed watching, listen, and following the Utah Utes (Go, Go Utes!) She loved holidays, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her children: Silverio T. (Elizabeth) Ornelas Jr., Robert (Nancy) Casias, Sylvia Guevara, Liana (Aaron) Casey, Steve Ornelas, 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, sister Jeanette (John) Tanner, brothers Jerry Sisneros, Larry Sisneros, Bobby (Ilona) Rivenburgh Sr.
Beatrice is preceded in death by her loving husband Silverio M Ornelas, son, Alex Ornelas, daughter, Linda Wright, father, John Sisneros, mother, Minnie Maes Sisneros, her five sisters, and four brothers.
An evening viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, beginning at 6:30 PM with the rosary service beginning at 7:30 PM at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah. Funeral Mass will be held the following day, Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 10:00 AM at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church 4914 South 2200 West, Taylorsville, Utah. Interment will immediately follow at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah.
