Bellinda Tulimalefo’i Peters-Matavao age 42 died on January 8, 2023 in West Jordan, Utah. She was born on March 10, 1980 in Port Hueneme, California to Patrick Samuel Iuli Peters Jr. and Rosa Tikeri Lilomaiava Unutoa. She married Mandvel S Matavao (separated).
“Tuli” would light up the room with her smile. Her comical humor and positive energy always surrounded her. She loved meeting new people. Tuli enjoyed music and dance. A huge fan of the San Francisco 49ers and the Golden State Warriors, and played sports herself.  Tuli loved everyone. She loved to make you laugh and made you feel good about yourself. Her contagious positive personality will never be forgotten. Tuli was a beautiful person inside and out, who loved her children, family, and friends. She had a big heart for all.

Surviving Bellinda is her father, Patrick Samuel Iuli Peters Jr.; mother, Rosa Tikeri Lilomaiava Unutoa; children: Kimo T (Martina) Matavao, Zane Matavao and Roxii Matavao; grandchildren, Zarian V Matavao and Auroa Tulimalefo’I Matavao; siblings: Albert (LuLu) Peters, Vaie’e (Denise) Peters, Lithe (Joseph d.2021) Soifua, Apoua (JR) Tonga, and Louisa (Will); sisters-in-law Mary Peters and Pamela Peters; nephews and nieces; great nephews and great nieces; cousins; aunts; and uncles. She was preceded in death by brothers, Keith and Kenneth Peters; grandfather, Patrick Iuli Peters Sr.; grandmother, Mariah Peters; grandfather, Tagalu Tikeri Unutoa; grandmother, Taoso Laulusa Tufaga; and brother-in-law, Joseph Daniel Soifua.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 6270 West 7000 South, West Jordan, Utah 84081. Bishop Service to begin at 1:00 PM. Viewing from 11:00 until the time of the Bishop service. Interment will be in the Memorial Redwood Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84123.
