It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bobbi Jo Erickson-Memmott, who passed away peacefully at home on Friday, May 29th, 2026 at the age of 65, surrounded by her loving family.
Bobbi Jo was born on June 26th, 1960 in Murray, Utah. She lived a life defined by love, kindness, strength, and devotion to her family and friends. Her warmth, compassion, and generous spirit touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister & friend. JoBob, as Randy would call her, found her greatest joy in spending time with her large family, dogs, cats, listening and dancing to her music. Maybe the most favorite was cleaning (never put your cup down). Whether through her guidance, unwavering and unconditional support, her contagious tear-filled laughs she created countless cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those she loved.
She is survived by spouse, Randy Memmott; children, Tina Erickson (Casey McDonald), Christopher (Heather) Erickson; grandchildren, Tyler (Meckenzie Provost), MaKenzie, MaKayla Stiens, Kambree, Chandler (Taylor Munsell) McDonald, Dillon, Carson, Aiden, Brayden Erickson; great-grandchildren, Sawyer Stiens, Bentleigh McDonald and another on the way; daughter of Patrica Slesser-Ferre; sisters, Patti (Mike) Hopkins, Angie Hansen, Nikki Shipley and brother, Johnny Babcock; many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins; former spouse and special lifelong friend Kenneth Erickson; dogs, Blaze, Alexia, Chrissy and Ceaser; cats, Sassy, Gracie and Shadow.
Preceded in death by grandmother, Jacklyn Curvin; stepfather, Scott Ferre.
A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Good Shepherd for their loving care during her most vulnerable days.
Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we find comfort in knowing that her legacy of love, kindness, and strength will continue through the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
A viewing will be held on at Monday, June 8, 2026 6pm-8pm @ Memorial Redwood 6500 South Redwood Rd West Jordan Utah 84094
Family and friends are invited to gather to honor and celebrate her life. The family also requests casual bright happy color attire.
“Forever in our hearts, always in our memories, and never forgotten.”
“As long as I’m living, my Mommy you’ll be!”
