Bonnie Ileen Burke-Judd

Bonnie Ileen Burke-Judd, Age 77, passed away peacefully Friday, September 9, 2022, in her home in Layton, UT, with family by her side.
She was born July 28, 1945, in Salt Lake City, UT, to James Carlow and Emma Thompson Burke.
The love for her kids and grandkids was celebrated with lots of adventures, which always included a picnic. She was a lover of animals and enjoyed being the treat provider.
BBQs and family gatherings were frequent; She never arrived empty-handed and never met a hamburger she didn’t like.
Baking and cooking from her generational recipe books was a wonderful pastime, along with all her work on family genealogy.
Bonnie enjoyed the outdoors and had a vast knowledge of local vegetation and the best camping spots. Her love of horticulture led to her hobby of drying and preserving flowers and leaves. This led to beautiful keepsakes for all of us.
Survivors include:
Son’s Reid Travis and Paula Robinette Judd, Tory Justin and Georgia Ann Judd.
Grandchildren: Reid Dalton Judd, Hannah Lee Judd, Steven McLendon, Matthew McLendon, Brandon Hughes, Ashley Barlow, and her Great Grandchildren.
Brother Ted and Jan Burke, their Daughter Karen and Bryan Penn, their Son Steve Burke, and their children.
She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother, and two sisters, Shirley Rae, and Carolyn Burke.
Services will be Monday, September 19th, 2022, at Memorial Redwood. Viewing from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, following will be a graveside service and luncheon.
