Brian Charles Jackson

Brian Charles Jackson passed away at the age of 76 on October 24, 2024. He was born on February 27, 1948 in San Francisco, California to Terrel and Berthele Jackson. He married Kuni Harada on October 4, 1971. 

He lived a life in service to his country, community and family. Brian spent 4 years in the U.S. Army and while serving overseas he met his wife, Kuni. After they returned to the United States, they had their son, Travis. Brian went on to become a correctional officer before joining the Salt Lake County Sheriff's Department, where he spent about 26 years before retiring. 

He is survived by his son, Travis, daughter-in-law, Lisa, and his grandchildren Lukas and Morgan as well as his brother Terry and Sister, Joni. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Tamara and his wife Kuni.
