Camille VanDyke, beloved daughter of Paul H. and Robyn L. VanDyke, passed away September 28, 2014. She was born April 11, 1980 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Camille is survived by her two sons, Connor Holt VanDyke and Jack Henry Toole. She leaves behind her parents; her sisters, Alexis (Dan) Nelson, Laine VanDyke, and Brynne (Jason) Midgley; her brothers, Zachary (Kellie) VanDyke and Peter VanDyke; and many friends and relatives who loved her dearly.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS church located at 4176 Adonis Dr. (3950 East), Salt Lake City, UT. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, 1342 E. 500 S., Salt Lake City, Utah. Messages to the family can be posted at: www.HolbrookMortuary.com
