Candice Renee McCray (Egolf) 37 made her heavenly transition home February 1, 2023, fighting a dangerous battle that cut her life short. This battle did not define who Candice truly was. Candice’s’ journey began September 14, 1985, in Dunoon Scotland, born to Barry L. Egolf & Vickie L. Dennis. Her parents Barry L. Egolf (Brenda) and Vickie L Dennis (Ronald) were her biggest cheerleaders! They supported her in so many ways throughout her earthly life & just wanted what was best for their beautiful daughter.
Candice was full of love, laughter, happiness, and spunk. As a child, she loved dance, reading, art/crafts, music, outdoors, movies, and most of all, family time. She went to the beat of her own drum. Growing up as the only girl in a home full of brothers, her siblings – Barry Egolf (Telisha), Brandon Egolf (Lexi), Josh Lemke (Natasha), Jake Dennis & Keith Earnhart Her brothers protected and loved their precious sister. Candice looked up to them and often went to them for guidance/advice. There was never a dull moment with this bunch. You could find them pestering one another with no lack of laughter anytime they were together. Her family was everything to her!
In 2007, she met Cody R. McCray, they married May 16, 2009. Candice and Cody had two beautiful children, Adam R. McCray (14) and Trinity M. McCray (11). You could often find them sharing family time along with extended family members at Rocky Mountain Raceway. Priceless memories that her children will forever cherish. Candice loved her children so much!
