Carl Edward Hallock passed away peacefully on August 3, 2012. He was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa on April 10, 1919 to Gertrude Green and Andrew Hallock. He served in the Navy as a Pharmacist's Mate during World War II.
He had a career as a Master Baker and pastry chef working in hotels and resorts. He made friends wherever he traveled. He always had a joke and liked people to smile and feel good.
He will be missed.
A Graveside service will be held Friday, August 17, 2012 at Noon at the Utah Veteran's Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Blvd. Family and friends can visit at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, from 10:00-11:00am prior to the service.
