Carol Jean Canham

Carol Jean Canham passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones on October 16, 2023 at the age of 77 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was born on July 31, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Juanita and William Benson. Carol later married David Clyde Canham on November 21, 1964.

Carol Jean Canham had a gift of laughter. She always wanted people to be happy, comfortable, and excepted of her friendship. She loved taking care of children as she chose this as a career in her younger years. Carol had a love for karaoke, people would refer to her and Frank as Ma and Pa, while singing songs with one another.

Carol is survived by her life partner Franklin R. Fenton, her daughter Lori A. Roberts, daughter Jennifer L. Canham, son Brian D. Canham, 5 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. 

She is preceded in death by her husband David Clyde Canham and great-granddaughter Hadlee Ann Harwood. 

Funeral services will be held on November 2, 2023 at 11AM, with a gathering for close family and friends an hour prior to services at Memorial Redwood Mortuary. 

Interment will follow at Memorial Redwood Cemetery 6500 South Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah 84123.
