Carol Jean Kelsey Baker

Carol Kelsey Baker passed away peacefully at home on November 11, 2014. She was born in Minersville, Utah on July 18, 1929 to Lynn Kelsey and Harriet Thorton Kelsey. She married Lewis Grant Baker on December 24, 1946 in Elko, Nevada. Carol and Lewis owned Baker's Plumbing and Heating Service where Carol handled all of the billing and bookkeeping. She loved living in Holladay and was very proud of her home. Carol loved working and maintaining a beautiful yard with a swimming pool. The grand children loved to go up to Grandma's house and have many wonderful memories of great pool parties. Carol is survived by daughters, Shauna (Gene) Ahlstrom and Sharon (Jim) Heugly; grandchildren, Kristi (Todd) Walker, Shane (Tiffany) Heugly, Mindi (Gary) Brotherson, Ryan (Paige) Ahlstrom, and Cody Ahlstrom; great-grandchildren, Landi (Zach) Miller, Whitney, Tyson, Preston, London, Addison, Reese, Brighton, and Hadley. Preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Baker.

Graveside services will be held Monday, November 17, 2014 at 12:30pm at the Murray City Cemetery, 5600 South Vine Street. Friends and family can visit prior to the graveside 11:00am a
