Caroline May Parker "Watts" passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 15, 2024. Caroline was born on June 24, 1975, in Murray, Utah. She was the oldest of 5 children to John Lee Watts and Joe Ann Ratton. She was blessed with 2 wonderful children. She met and married John Parker in 1994 until they parted ways in 2016. Caroline served honorably in the United States Army in the 299th Support Battalion. She spent most of her service in Schweinfurt, Germany.
Caroline was passionate about the outdoors and camping, horseback riding, hiking, and taking long road trips to see new places. Caroline loved music and attended many concerts. She had a passion for gardening and flowers and spent numerous hours outdoors caring for her plants. She had a love of animals and had many pets throughout her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Jessie and son Matthew, her parents John and Joe Ann. Also survived by her siblings Adam (Ruth), Tammy (Toby) and Wayne and was preceded in death by grandfather, Dale Watts, grandmother Lily Goff and sibling, Michael Watts.
Funeral services with be held at Memorial Lake Hills 10055 S, State St, Sandy, UT 84070 at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 26, 2024, with Military honors to follow. Viewing times will be on Friday, January 26 from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM.
