Carolyn Hall Baggett was "twinkled" on November 8, 2008 in her own bed at home. Carolyn was born on February 23, 1935 in Payson, Utah to Frank and Tolla Hall. She grew up in Salt Lake City and graduated from West High. On June 21, 1954 she married her eternal companion and best friend Charlie "Carl" Baggett Jr. in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a strong and faithful member of The Church Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. With a testimony that never wavered. She would tell you her greatest accomplishments were her eight children: Becky and Paul Burningham, Barbara Baggett, Jennifer & Jack Fereday, Natalie & Mark Davis, Chuck & Tamara Baggett, Ben Baggett, Marilee & Hipa Neria, Andy & Becky Baggett. Her greatest blessings called her "Grandma", which were her twenty-six grandchildren: Katie & Blake, Dane, Rylee, Elder Dallin, Brady, Brittni, Breck, Spencer, Hannah, Annelise, Courtney, Charlie, John Paul, Tori, Benji, Lexie, Nick, Toafia, Malosi, Hope, Drew, Ali, Madi, Brigham, Will. And two great grandchildren: Emma & Lily She worked for the LDS Church for Twenty years where she touched many lives and shared her candy drawer with all. Survived by her children, their spouses, her grandchildren, sisters Betty Hall, Janice & Don Thayne and whole hell-of-a-lot of friends. Proceeded in death by husband, parents, sister Frankie, and granddaughter Faith.
Come celebrate her life and enjoy one of her caramels. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2008 12:00 noon, at the Winder 2nd LDS Ward, 1361 East 4000 South. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, and also on Wednesday morning at the church from 10:45am to 11:45am prior to the services.
