Katie Nygren, 83, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend passed peacefully May 17, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Ward Parley and Mary Arrinda Parke Burbidge on March 1, 1924 in Kamas, UT. She was the youngest of nine children. Katie married James Godfrey in the Salt Lake LDS Temple and after his death married Walter M. Nygren. They raised 4 children; Larry K. (Sharon)a
