Today we lost a father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, friend, and a great man. Clifford Therral (Thor) Curtis was called home to heaven on February 18, 2023. He was born August 16, 1939 in Aurora, Utah. He worked at Mountain States Book Bindery.
Clifford will be missed by all who knew him. He would literally give you the shirt off his back. That’s just the kind’ of man he was.
He is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Charles Curtis, Calvin Curtis, Rula Swindle, and Marva Powell.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Erma Curtis, his brothers and sisters, Daren and Rita Curtis, Steve Curtis, Shirley and Buddy Qualls, and children Sherry and Regan McCarthy, Cindy and Paul Wilson, Therral and Janna Curtis, Clifford and Sandy Curtis, and by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
On March 16, 2023, there will be a celebration of life at Midvale 1st Ward 308 West 6th Avenue Midvale, Utah, 84047 from 11am to 2:30pm. Then there will be a graveside gathering for the dedication of the grave given by Therral Curtis at 3:00 pm at Redwood Memorial at 6500 South Redwood Road Salt Lake City, Utah, 84123.
