Born October 16, 1948, to Roy R Sibert and Ina Fern Worley Sibert in SLC, UT. Peacefully passed away March 8, 2026, with family by her side in West Jordan, UT.
She was the youngest of 6 children.
Darlene is survived by her devoted husband Roger, children Heather (Peter) Bradford, Bryan (Jessica) Davie, stepchildren Kristin (Eric) Sheehan, James (Michelle) Davie, Wesley (Jennifer) Davie and 13 grandchildren. Two sisters, Sally Packer and Pamela Duncan. She also has many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 siblings: Fred, Jane and Jerry. What a beautiful reunion they must all be having.
Darlene lived a life not defined by grand gestures, but by steady devotion and unconditional love. She was a devoted wife, a dedicated mother, and a loyal friend. She worked hard in every season of her life and carried herself with quiet strength, meeting both joys and hardships with determination and grace.
She cherished the friendships she found through her Stampin’ Up community—friends who, over the years, became family. She delighted in simple pleasures: watching hummingbirds, sharing ice cream dates with friends and grandchildren, her daily grocery store walks and greeting every dog she met as if it were an old companion. In her younger years, she found peace and joy working in her garden, tending to it with the same care she gave the people around her.
She lived with appreciation for every blessing she could find, carrying that perspective with her until her final breath. Especially toward the end of her life, she continued to notice and appreciate life’s quiet beauty.
Until we meet again, play with all the doggies. You are loved and deeply missed.
