Dauna Earl

November 17, 1925 — March 5, 2026

Dauna Thomas Earl, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-greatgrandmother, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, at the age of 100. Born in 1925, she was the daughter of Ernest and Ethel Thomas and lived a full century marked by hard work, steadfast determination, and deep devotion to her family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Darvel Claude Earl, a World War II Army veteran, and together they built a life and family in Utah that now spans several generations. After professing faith in the God of the Bible - Jesus Christ, she was baptized on Easter Sunday, 2002, at Desert Edge Church alongside her husband, who passed away shortly mere 3 weeks later. Now, after two decades of not-so-patiently waiting, we can be sure she’s dancing down golden streets with her best friend at last. Known for her strong spirit, sharp wit, and tireless work ethic, Dauna will be remembered for her strength—a strength that will forever be woven into the fabric of her family.

Survived by her eldest daughter, Corey; her son, Dib; and numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Darvel; her daughter, Ethel; and all of her brothers and sisters, of whom she was the last surviving.

“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7
