David Allan Evans

David Allan Evans passed away suddenly on June 8, 2011. He was born December 9, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Fred B. Evans and Beatrice Wheeler Evans.

Dave enjoyed life to the fullest. He was an avid fly fisherman and enjoyed tying flies and shared them with his buddies. He loved mother nature, being outdoors, and camping. He also served his country in the U.S. Army.

Survived by his mother; 4 children; brother, Steven Evans; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 12 Noon at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends can visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. prior to the service. Messages and tributes to the family can be posted at: www.holbrookmortuary.com
