Debi Bywater Cracroft

Debi was born March 23, 1955, at Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City, to Lois and Dick Bywater. She died September 15, 2010 in Sandy, Utah. Debi became diabetic at three years old and struggled with this difficult disease throughout her life.

Debi grew up in Salt Lake City attending Uintah Elementary, Clayton Jr. High and East High School.

She had a lengthy marriage to Mike Cracroft. They were later divorced.

Debi was employed as a surgical technician, at many area hospitals, for over 20 years.

Debi loved her dogs Sam, Duke, Max and Koda.

She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Kris and Don Bell and nieces, Abbie Bell Carter-Smith (Scott and daughter Mia) and Rebecca (Becky) Bell.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Debi's wishes were to be cremated with no formal funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to No More Homeless Pets.

The family wishes to thank Debi's neighbors for their thoughtfulness and help and the staff at Alta View Hospital for their kind and compassionate care in her final days.
