Deborah Elaine Dickson

June 13, 1962 — March 6, 2012

On March 6, 2012, surrounded by her family, our loving Debbie was mercifully relieved from her 6 year fight with cancer. She was born June 13, 1962 to M. Richard and Margene Walker.

Debbie graduated from Olympus High School and quickly married her eternal companion and childhood friend, Scott Dickson, in the Salt Lake Temple in 1980. Together they moved to Seattle for four years while she devotedly supported him through dental school. Afterward, they moved to Sandy where they lovingly raised their three children.

Debbie was a faithful member of the LDS Church and served in many callings. She spent her days serving others and enjoying the company of her grandchildren whom she adored. She loved doing crafts of all kinds and helped keep Stampin' Up in business. She will be watching over her dear husband Scott whose total devotion and caring for her every need is such an example and blessing to all the family. She is also survived by her children, Brian (Ember), Elisa (Kade) Clark, and Lindsey and 6 grandchildren who love their Nana "This Much!". She had a wonderful relationship with her mother who predeceased her. She will be deeply missed by her father, 2 sisters, 2 brothers and many other family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 10th 2012, 11:00am, at the Crescent Park 4th Ward, 10885 South Pampas Way (835 East) in Sandy, Utah. Friends may visit with the family on Friday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30am to 10:40am prior to services. Online tributes and comments can be sent to the family at www.holbrookmortuary.com
