Debra was born in Denver, Co. on April 10, 1956. She passed away on November 25, 2016 at the Provo Care Center, Provo, UT. Debra attended Jordan Valley School.
She is survived by mother, Helen, brother, Wayne Fagenbush, nephew, Jason (Leslie) Fagenbush, niece, Tara (Adam) Canham; great nieces Evalyn and June Canham, all of Salt Lake City. Aunt Margaret Melton and Uncle Mike Kukuchka of Sheridan, WY. Aunt Delores Wilcox, Phoenix, AZ. Preceded in death by father, Wayne Fagenbush.
My many thanks to Provo Care Center staff for your loving care. Thank you, Harmony Hospice, during her final days.
