Diane L. Robinson died unexpectedly on July 26, 2025. We were not ready for her passing.
Diane was born on March 20, 1953, in Salt Lake City, UT to Wade Robinson and Norma Robinson.
Diane worked as a waitress for most of her life and her many customers loved her dearly and followed her everywhere she went.
Diane had a love for all animals, especially her many cats inside and outside. Even if she had only $10, she would make sure her cats were fed including all those in the neighborhood.
But it was her daughter, Natasha Robinson, that was her greatest joy and her greatest accomplishment. She adored Natasha and vowed when she was born that Natasha would be compassionate, strong, independent and educated. Mission accomplished Diane!
Diane’s family and friends will always remember her incredible sense of humor, her remarkable strength and determination, and her yearly Thanksgiving dinner that she planned months ahead to make sure it was perfect. How she handled that 30lb turkey is beyond all of us.
Survived by her daughter Natasha, her dear sister Laura Jensen (Brian), her dear Cousin Sue Feisler (Greg), niece Rainy Maloney (Travis), nephew Travis Jensen (Courtnie), and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Wade Robinson and mother, Norma Robinson.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Memorial Redwood Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, UT 84123.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Diane to the Humane Society of Utah or any other local animal shelter.
