Dick Ray Clyde passed away March 17, 2026 at the age of 86. He was born October 8, 1939 in Springville, Utah to Eldon Clyde and Madelyn Houser Humphrey. He went on to marry Shirley Tanner Clyde on February 13, 1959.
Dick was honorably discharged from the Air Force where he served as an airplane mechanic. He enjoyed everything he did with his loving wife such as square dancing and calling as well as hosting social events for their friends. He loved fishing, riding ATVs, and camping on our family property.
He is survived by Thomas Ray Clyde (Son), Christine Hansen (Daughter), and Iris Rayne Clyde (Daughter). Also, by his grandchildren Seana, Shelly, Susan and Sandy Gratton.
He is preceded in death by his parents Eldon Clyde and Madelyn Humphrey, His wife Shirley Tanner Clyde, his brother Elden Clyde, 2 grandchildren Andrea and Nathan Clyde and daughter-in-law Ruth Clyde.
Funeral service will take place Saturday, April 4, 2026 at 12pm, graveside at Memorial Lake View mortuary and cemetery in Bountiful, UT. 1640 Lakeview Dr. Bountiful, UT, 84010.
