Dolly Hazel Bell Rasmussen

Dolly was born in 1928 to Maurel O Bell and Hazel Johnston Bell in Richfield, Utah.  While growing up, she attended school in Richfield, Utah, Twin Falls, Idaho, Elko, Nevada and B.Y.U. Provo, Utah. She served a full-time LDS mission to the Texas, Louisiana Mission. Dolly was married to Clyde A. Rasmussen for 55 wonderful years. Dolly spent 17 years working at Holladay Bank. Dolly loved to sew, bake and was a voracious reader. She was active in the LDS church and served in many positions. Her greatest joy in life was her family and wonderful friends. Dolly blessed the lives of many with her acts of kindness and service and was in-turn blessed with many wonderful friends and neighbors who enriched her life.

She is survived by daughters, Jan Rasmussen and Jill Burns (David), son Paul A. Rasmussen (Mirtha), 9 wonderful grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and one on the way.  She is preceded in death by husband Clyde A. Rasmussen, parents Maurel O Bell and Hazel Johnston Bell and brother Pal Bell.

A private family funeral service will be held Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 1:30pm at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300, with a private family visitation one hour prior.
