"Loving Husband and Father"

Our loving father, grandfather and friend passed away May 24, 2011 of natural causes. Born July 19, 1918 in Green River, UT to Homer and May Clock Sturges. Married Ethel Leek Nov. 16, 1939 in Provo, UT. Together they had 3 children.

Dad retired from Kennecott Copper, was a longtime member of Acacia Lodge of F & AM, was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for over 60 years, and was a veteran of World War II. He greatly enjoyed reading and playing the trombone.

He is survived by his 3 children, Patti Reynolds, Robert (Bob) Sturges and Mark Sturges. He was very proud of his 4 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, wife of 63 years, and 3 siblings.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 31, 2011 at 2:00pm at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East where friends may visit with the family from 12:30pm to 1:30pm prior to services.
