Donna Vee Peterson Davis

Donna Vee Peterson Davis passed away in the presence of her family on December 20, 2008.

Born on October 26, 1921 in Richfield, Utah to John Lester and Ellen Oldroyd Peterson. She was raised with love by Charles and Persinda Wall. Graduated from Richfield High with honors. Moved to Salt Lake where she met and fell in love with Lloyd B. Davis. They were married in the Manti Temple on July 17, 1944.

Donna was an incredibly giving and hard working person. She retired from Interstate Brick. Mom showed her love for her children and grandchildren by always opening her home to them.

Donna is survived by her children: Adele, Brent (LuRhea), and Anne (Joel); Grandchildren, Elizabeth (Eric), Julie, Brad(Amanda), Nicole(Jeff), Michael, and Steven; 1 great-grandchild, Elijah, and 1 due in March; Brother, Clark; and sister, Carol.

Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd; son, James Craig; brother, Phil; and sister, Fae.

A special thanks to all those who helped mom fulfill her wish of staying in her own home for as long as possible.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 27 at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, at noon. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00-11:30 a.m. prior to the service. Interment at Holladay Memorial Park. Online condolences may be sent to the family at: www.holbrookmortuary.com
