The Matriarch of our family left to be with Jesus on February 16, 2023. She was born on August 11, 1939 to Willard and Pearlie Mae Hughes in Logan County, Arkansas. The oldest of five children and wife to Terry Wilson, whom she has spent over 54 happy years with. Running and dedicated to a small successful business together for 35 of those years. Willy was a mother to six children. Timothy (Michelle), Terri, Tammy (David), Troy( Sherry), Trudy, and Tina. She was a grandmother to 19, and a great-grandmother to 27. She was the center of our whole world, and the heart of our family.
We ran to her in anytime of need and she was always there. She loved crocheting, family dinners and get togethers, fishing, and camping. She made an impact on our youth when she became a softball coach, and a Sunday school teacher! Her life was dedicated to her family and everyone around her. She loved crossword puzzles and playing cards. She always made everyone around her laugh, right down to her last moments on earth.
Willy was a firm believer and teacher in God, and Christianity. Her faith in God was her entire life! And she will be dearly missed by all of us. She passed peacefully in the loving arms of her husband. Willy was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; (Charles, Lavon, Lamar and Johnny), and her beloved daughters Terri and Tina.
We would like to thank Pastor Ray and Sister Cathy Smith and Salt Lake Christian Center for their prayers and support during this difficult time. We appreciate your grace.

Services for Willy will be held on Saturday February 25,2023 at Salt Lake Christian Center located at 4300 South 700 East in Salt Lake City, UT beginning at 12:30 PM. A viewing will be held prior to the services at the same location beginning at 11 AM. Graveside services will immediately follow at the Memorial Redwood Cemetery located at 6500 South Redwood Road in West Jordan, UT.Service Information
