Elaine D Nielson

Our cherished wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, Elaine D Nielson passed away peacefully on January 25, 2018 in her home surrounded by her family.

Elaine was born August 19, 1923 in Hiawatha, Utah, the daughter of Penelope and Steve Diumenti. She Graduated from Carbon College. Elaine married the love of her life Lowell D Nielson in 1949.  They later adopted their 2 beautiful children. Leslie W. Nelson (Niel) and Trent D. Nielson (Desiree). She loved her 3 grandchildren; Cortney B. Wretberg, Travis L. Nielson, and Jake Wretberg. She enjoyed spending as much time she could with her family, playing the slots with her cousin Kathryn Diumenti, or playing cards with Gene and Carol Stapley.

Graveside services will be on Monday, January 29, 2018 at 12 noon at the Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1342 East 500 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84102.
