Elisabeth Maria Braeulich Wanke Terry

Our beloved Mutti, Omi and Friend passed away at her daughter's home Wednesday, February 17, 2010. She was born December 14, 1919 in Breslau Germany to Albert and Emma Conrad Braeulich. Elisabeth married Helmut Wanke, October 1938 in Breslau. They were sealed in the LDS Temple in 1955. She was widowed during World War II and immigrated to Utah in 1953 with her two children. She married Allen P. Terry, April 1971 in Salt Lake City. Together they served an LDS Mission to Kentucky. Elisabeth was a faithful and active member of the LDS Church, serving in many capacities. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Albert and Rudolf and both her husbands. Elisabeth is survived by her daughter Karin M. (Rodney) Whitlock, son Detlef W. H. (Barbara) Wanke, 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren and a Great Great-Grandchild due in May.
