Salt Lake City Utah- Betty Spencer, 90, of Sandy Utah, was born on November 16, 1923, and passed away peacefully on August 11, 2014. She was married to George “Brigham” Spencer on December 1, 1961.
She was the busiest woman you have ever met. Everyone was her friend, even if you stood behind her in the line. She loved swimming, bagels, knitting, sewing, cooking, tea with the neighbors, and lunch in every location from Canada to Mexico.
She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many friends.
A gathering of friends will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 from 6-8 P.M. at Murray Memorial Mortuary 5850 S 900 E. Condolences may be left by going to www.MurrayMemorial.com
