Ella Greger Sandberg

Ella Greger Sandberg passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 96. Ella was born in Rypin Poland on
June 22, 1926. During World War II she met her husband Frank who was in the US Army . Married on July
19, 1948, in Wremen, Germany. Ella and Frank arrived in Salt Lake City in 1948. Ella became a U.S. citizen
on August 21, 1952. Ella is survived by two children: Julia Beck and Ronald Sandberg (Carol).
Grandchildren: Felina Johnson, Rockling Scott, Danielle Beck, Stephanie Clarin (Kent), Timothy Sandberg
(Sandy), and Christian Sandberg (Lydia), and eleven great-grandchildren.
Ella is proceeded in death by her husband Frank Sandberg.
Ella was a lover of her garden, always enjoying its beauty. Also, a lover of wildlife, her dogs and cats and
making them all part of her family.
Services for Ella will be held Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the Christ Lutheran Church on 240 East 5600
South, Murray, UT, 84107 at 11:00 AM. There will be a viewing prior to service from 10:00 AM to 11:00
AM. After the service, Ella will be buried at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
