Marilyn White

Ethel Marilyn Stewart White, age 86 ,Died on Oct. 20, 2023 in her home in Midvale, Salt Lake, Utah. She was born on Oct 12, 1937 in Price, Carbon, Utah to her parents Myron Alma Stewart and Printha Verda Hansen.

She Married Walter Valdon White on Dec. 20, 1962 in the Logan, Cache, Utah Temple.

Marilyn was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and served in many positions well as the Relief Society President and 5 years as a Temple Worker. She was also an active member of the Daughter of Utah Pioneers and also served several years as President of the Midvale-Union Fort Camp.

Marilyn loved to ski and helped teach all of her girls to ski. She also loved boating, water skiing, and camping with her family.

After retiring from school teaching for 30 years, she became a world traveler, and has traveled to every continent with her husband and sometimes with other friends and family members.

She is Survived by her husband, Walter V White her Sister Shanna Lee Stewart Smith, her four daughters. Lisa Ann White Lee, (Eddie Leung Lee), Karen Kay White Tobler (Bruce Darren Tobler), Christine Sue White Timmreck (Robert C Timmreck), Jill Cherie White Gillette (Richard Gillette), 10 Grandchildren and 8

Great Grandchildren.

She is Preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Max Alvin Stewart, Nola Udale Stewart, Victor Jerrald Stewart, Calvin Boyd Stewart, Elda Carolyn Stewart, and Shirl Hansen Stewart. One grandchild Ryan Eddie Leoung Lee.

Night Time Viewing will be held on November 3rd from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Lake Hills Memorial Mortuary Located at 10055 South State Street Sandy, Utah 84070

Funeral Services will be held on Nov. 4, 2023 at 11:00 AM- 12:00PM at the Midvale East 2nd Ward, 7250 S 300 E, Midvale, UT 84047

Viewing will be from 10:00 AM-10:45 AM

Family Prayer will be from 10:45 AM-11:00 AM

Interment will be on November 4th from 12:30 PM- 1:30 PM at the Lake Hills Memorial Cemetery, 10055 South State Street Sandy, Utah 84070
