Evelyn Mary Peck

January 19, 1960 — May 20, 2026

Evelyn Mary Peck age 66 passed away on May 20, 2026, in Draper, Utah. She was born on January 19, 1960, in San Diego, California to Joel and Shirley Adams. She Married David Scott Peck on May 19, 1979.

Evelyn was a dedicated and hardworking woman throughout her life. She worked for ZCMI, Coca-Cola, Harmons, and most recently Conduent, where she formed many lasting friendships. Evelyn was loved by all who knew her.

She cherished the visits from dear friends Dana Jackson and Teri Richins, who brought her comfort and joy. Evelyn loved camping and especially enjoyed listening to her husband, Dave, play the guitar and sing Charlie Pride songs.

Evelyn had a warm and welcoming presence—she always had a smile on her face when you walked into the room, and her big, beautiful eyes sparkled with kindness. She absolutely adored her son Danny and was incredibly proud to call him her son. Her grandsons brought her immense happiness, and she treasured taking them to the movies and Disneyland.

Anna was also a tremendous help to Evelyn, assisting with daily tasks and making life a little easier.

Evelyn found special companionship in her dog, Charlotte. From the moment she held her, they were inseparable. Charlotte followed her everywhere and brought her great comfort.

Our family would like to express heartfelt gratitude to the 2nd Ward and our large extended family for all the love and support shown during this difficult time.

She is survived by husband David, son Daniel (Anna) and grandsons Tyson and Aidan Peck, Sister Theresa and brothers Joey and George Adams. As well as many nieces and nephews.

Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents Joel and Shirley Adams and her sister Dixie Adams.

Funeral services will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1617 East Richins Road Draper, Utah 84020 on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM. A viewing will be held 1:00 PM.
