Fae Stevens Saunders

Fae Stevens Saunders passed away peacefully in her sleep January 21, 2014. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on April 10, 1918 to Sandford and Lenore Thorup Stevens. She married Glen D. Saunders on February 25, 1939 in Salt Lake City, Utah; later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. She was a graduate of East High School. Fae worked many years as a beautician. Later she served a mission in the Washington DC Temple. She was an active member in the LDS church. Fae was a kind, caring, person who always loved and supported her family. She will be greatly missed by all.

Fae is survived by her children, Joan (Ray, deceased) Lambert, Gayle (David) Brown, and Michael (Stephanie) Saunders; 10 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and 9 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, her sisters and brothers, and husband; Glen Saunders.

Graveside services will be held Monday, January 27, 2014 at 11:00am at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 South Highland Drive. Friends and family can visit at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, from 9:30 to 10:30am prior to the graveside service.
