Francisco Januário do Real

September 19, 1956 — June 3, 2026

Salt Lake City, UT

Francisco Januário do Real, age 69, passed away on June 3, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on September 19, 1956, in Rio Vermelho, Minas Gerais, Brazil, to Francisco Gomes do Real and Lucinda Batista Rosa.

Francisco was a devoted husband to Eliane Valdenise Pereira de Almeida and a loving father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Eliane; his two sons, Jackson and Jaderson; and his two grandchildren, Anthony and Alice.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents; two of his loved brothers; and his first wife, Ester, who passed away in 1999.

He graduated in chemistry in 1994, and in 2013 acquired his realtor license. He faithfully served his community until 2019, when he moved to the USA, pursuing a better life.

He loved all natural elements and traveling. His life was all about work, always putting honesty ahead of everything he did. He was proud of his ability to do math without a calculator, and the places he visited and the companies he worked for.

His last name was a gift given to him, and his dream was to one day return to his hometown.

Funeral Services will be held on June 9, 2026, in Sandy, UT, at Lake Hills Memorial Mortuaries & Cemeteries by his son Jackson Real and his wife, Eliane.

Interment will take place at Cemitério Municipal de Rio Vermelho, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
