Our beloved husband, dad, & grampa was taken from us due to an automobile hit and run accident. He is survived by his wife Rose D. Martinez; 3 daughters, Lucy Segura (Le Grondahl), Virginia Arrellano (Carlos Atkinson), Frances Martinez (Berto Romero); brother-in-law Lee Velasquez; 4 brothers, 3 sisters, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren. No services will be held at Frank’s request. We love you.
