Gertrude "Trudy" Safran passed away Aug. 5, 2011 at the age of 82.
She is survived by her husband; Casper Verstappe: Sons; Howard, Robert and Paul: Grandchildren; Michael, Rachel, Kendall, Sarah, Leslie and Peter: Great Grand-children; Madison, Riley and Mya. She will be missed by all.
Special thanks to the caring people at Rocky Mountain Care and to Minette, Brandon and Kristin in particular. Her last few months would have been so much more difficult without them.
Trudy wished to not have a memorial service. It was enough that her family and friends keep their fond memories of her.
