Gloria Mckean

Obituary:  for Gloria Jean Rowsell McKean.  She was 91years of age

Died on:   03/23/2023 in Salt Lake City Utah.  She was born on January 30th, of the year 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Orville and Naomi Rowsell.

She married Ronald McKean on     09/18 / 1985.

To Most, her hobbies were one of homemaking skills such as cooking, sewing, gardening, knitting, and reading.  Being the oldest child, she leaned to do most household chores. For all those taking a enjoyable walk through the park on 29th east and just next to the Canyon Rim 3rd ward, think of Gloria, for she played an intrical part in the development of the layout, from beginning of construction,  to the  opening of the park. She also worked for as well as retired from the DMV,  for 20+ years where she made many friends.

She is survived by a husband, 3 children, a Sister, as well as 2 Brothers, 6 grandchildren,  12 great grand children, 8 Nieces, 5 Nephews.

In her immediate family, she is preceded in death by both parents, a younger Brother and a younger Sister, as well as her oldest son and a Niece.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 31st at Holbrook Mortuary at 11:00am with a viewing at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Wasatch Lawn.
