Helen H. Fleming passed away on December 4, 2012. She was born on July 25, 1921 in Providence, Utah where she will be buried.
She is survived by her daughter, Alice Crankshaw of Salt Lake and her sons, John R. Fleming of Okachobee, Florida and James W. Fleming of Tucson, AZ; and also her granddaughter, Michelle Fleming and grandsons, Erik and Kevin Crankshaw.
At her request there will only be a graveside service for family.
