Henry J Spencer

Henry J. Spencer, affectionately known as Hank, passed away peacefully at home in Lehi, Utah, on October 24, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on January 6, 1939, in Riverton, Utah, Hank lived a life filled with adventure and cherished moments.

A devoted storyteller, he had a remarkable ability to captivate those around him with tales from his experiences. Hank's love for the outdoors was evident in his numerous hobbies, which included camping, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and working on cars. He found great joy in spending time with his beloved dog, Bridget, who was a constant companion and source of happiness throughout his life.

Hank’s legacy will be fondly remembered by his surviving nephew, Ivan J. Raisick. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Bernece, and his loving wife, Johnell, who shared in his adventures and passions.

The services honoring Hank's life will be held on November 7, 2025. A viewing will take place at Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery, located at 6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84123, beginning at 12:00 PM and concluding at 1:45 PM. Following the viewing, a graveside service will be held at Alpine City Cemetery, 400 Grove Dr, Alpine, UT 84004, starting at 2:30 PM.
