Herta Martha Wanke Noeske, age 97, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born October 19, 1911 in Breslau, Germany to Johann and Martha Bruma Wanke. Married Herbert Noeske in Berlin, Germany in April of 1943. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Survived by: daughter, Heidemarie (Alfredo) Wolf, Phoenix, AZ; seven grandchildren, Gregory (Paula), Cosima, Jason (Julie), Bianca, Terence, Sabrina, Cassandra; four great grandchildren: Ian, Mckenna, Sydney, Raegan. Preceded in death by her parents, husband, siblings, grandson Adrian.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2008, 11:00 a.m., at the Eldredge LDS Ward, 601 East Mansfield Ave., where friends may visit with the family from 9:30am to 10:40am prior to the services.
