Jackie Lynn Leavitt passed away Thursday, September 4, 2008. She was born in Rexburg, Idaho April 3, 1960 to Deloy Charles & Penny Lou Fluckiger Leavitt.

For much of Jackie's life she was a CNA who greatly loved those she cared for. Her biggest joys in life were her two sons Virgil and Robert, her only granddaughter Elliot and her pets.

She is survived by her parents, Deloy and Penny Leavitt; her brother, Brad Leavitt; her sisters, Evelynn Furman and Dawnlee Loveland; her sons, Robert Lofgran and Virgil Hendrickson; and her granddaughter Elliott Lofgran.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Midvalley 6th Ward, 1106 East 8050 South. Friends may visit with the family at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. The interment will be Thursday, September 11, at 2:00 p.m. at the Auburn Cemetery in Auburn, Wyoming.
