Jason Aaron Farley

Jason Aaron Farley age 37, passed away November 6, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born July 5, 1977 in Bountiful, Utah to Dennis Carl and Vickie Jo Davis Farley.

Jason was a great mind and pursued life with an immeasurable amount of potential and focus, along with a passion that was unequaled. He will always reside in our minds and be loved in our hearts and we thank his family and friends for taking time to remember him with us.

He is survived by his mother and father, 4 brothers and 3 sisters, 5 nephews and 2 nieces, a grandmother, and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and other loving family members.
