Jeffery Leon French was born October 6, 1962 in Sacramento, California to Jack and Dorothy French and died July 12, 2024 in Herriman, UT.
He married Dianne French on October 14, 1990 and together they had 5 wonderful boys.
Jeffrey was involved in the local theater scene in Sacramento during his younger years. He was in many school productions and even met his wife while portraying the Lion in The Wiz.
After his children were born, Jeffrey became involved in the Boy Scouts of America where he was a Den Leader and Assistant Scout Leader!
In their teen years, he was very involved in his sons' wrestling. He coached and traveled many miles for meets to support them.
As the boys grew up he introduced them to "smoking" meat. His sons have become quite accomplished meat smokers in their own right.
Jeffrey loved cooking, baking and canning. He regularly canned vegetables that he grew in his garden.
He was also known as an avid visitor to the neighborhood yard sales. He found great joy in finding items he didn’t really need.

He will be deeply missed by those survived by him, his wife Dianne, his sons, Jaren (and Cydney), Kenner (and Kenzie), Shane (and Alyssa), and Wade (and Brytin).
His grandkids, Wren, Ellison, and Wyatt. His siblings David, Les, and DaLinda, and many other family members.
