Our baby girl Jennifer Kendall Jacobsen was taken to heaven on October 1, 2017. Born July 26, 1990 in Salt Lake City, to Gina and Richard Jacobsen. She graduated from Hunter High and with the help of Jeremy, created her son Ilias. Ilias was everything to her and loved him with all her heart. Jenny also dearly loved her brothers, Cory (Kate) and David, her nieces and nephews, her many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The ceremony will be Thursday October 5, 2017, at 2pm, at Redwood Memorial 6500 So Redwood Road West Jordan, Utah 84123.Service Information
