Jeremiah Robert (Rob) Johnson

Sadly, Rob passed away unexpectedly on May 12, 2023. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Rob was born June 4, 1978, the first child of Robert C Johnson and Briana M Gibson.
He was currently employed at USPS and had just been promoted to ET. He was very proud of this accomplishment. Before that, he was a Tow Truck Driver for many years.
He enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his family. He enjoyed helping friends with working on cars as well as test driving them. He also liked sitting with friends and BS-ing and telling jokes. He had a sense of humor that not everyone liked or understood. He loved to play Minecraft with his daughter. Whenever he traveled, he had a sparkly stuffed cat that his daughter had given him. He always had a goatee and smirk on his face. He was ornery (but don’t tell that).
He is preceded by his Father: Robert Calvin Johnson and brother Danny Boyd Gibson I as well as most of his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife Mary, children Justin, Danny, Calvin &Myra, grandson Daqotta Robert-Dee, siblings Mary Anne, Ernie, Beccy (Jon), John, Tiffany, and Andrew. Mother Briana M Gibson (Dan) and grandmother Inge Powers.
Rob will be dearly missed and always loved.
A Celebration of Life will be held on May 27, 2023, from 12-4 pm at the home of his mom (4781 South 4015 West Taylorsville, Utah for those wishing to come and share their memories of him. In lieu of flowers, any donations will be appreciated for the care of his daughter Myra.
